Return & Refund Policy

At Wheeler Farm Services, we are committed to providing quality products and reliable service. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary, and we aim to make that process straightforward.

Returns for Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains defective items:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or call (817) 301-2706.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

  • Once reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.

  • Upon return, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, based on your preference.

Returns for Non-Defective Products

We accept returns on non-defective items within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and securely bundled or packaged.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method (minus shipping costs).

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that period, cancellations may not be guaranteed due to processing and delivery schedules.
